Our Cellar

The design of our 350 ton cellar comes from the many years of cumulative experience our winemaker gained working in other cellars.

His main focus was to create a cellar where Sauvignon blanc is treated with the utmost of care and attention. Here we do things differently from the norm - hand selection and grading is key and thereafter we consciously minimize grape handling and exposure to friction. In a gravitation cellar such as ours grapes are never sieved or pumped and therefore quality is never compromised.
