The design of our 350 ton wine cellar comes from the many years of cumulative experience our winemaker gained working in other wine cellars.
The main focus was to create a wine cellar where Sauvignon blanc is treated with the utmost of care and attention. Here we do things differently from the norm - hand selection and grading is key and thereafter we consciously minimize grape handling and exposure to friction. In our gravitation wine cellar quality is never compromised.
